Medico Centre

We are located in the Tara Complex, which is right near the Onida Arcade in South Shivajinagar. Most people know the Chandni Chowk area as being very busy, and our spot is no different. Medico Centre is a place where there’s always something happening. We have shelves filled with boxes and bottles from floor to ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The counters are a bit scratched up from years of people leaning on them. We get a lot of people walking in from the street, and we try to help them as quickly as we can. Sometimes the queue gets a bit long, and people have to wait out in the hallway of the complex. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some basic lighting and a clock on the wall that is usually five minutes fast. Shivajinagar is a lively neighborhood, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We spend a lot of time checking expiration dates and making sure our inventory is right. It can be tiring standing on your feet all day, but we take turns sitting on the small stools behind the counter. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we always look forward to. It’s just a regular pharmacy life in a busy part of town, keeping things moving and trying to stay organized in the middle of the chaos.
