Our location at F-10/1 in the MIDC Shiroli area is pretty standard for a place in Kolhapur. It’s an industrial zone, so you’ve got that constant sound of heavy machinery and the smell of grease and metal in the air. Mantri Metallics is where we spend the bulk of our week. The floors are concrete and the walls are filled with calendars and old clipboards. It’s not the cleanest place because of the nature of the work, but we try to keep the office area decent. We have a lot of guys who have been here for a decade or more, so everyone knows everyone’s business. We don’t really do formal meetings; usually, we just talk over the noise on the shop floor or catch up during the shift change. The weather in Kolhapur can get pretty intense, so the fans are always going full speed in the summer. We don't have any high-tech gadgets for the staff, just the tools and computers needed for the jobs. Lunch usually involves someone sharing their tiffin with whoever is sitting nearby. It’s a gritty, practical environment. We don't worry about looking polished for anyone. The focus is always on getting the metal parts sorted and out the door on time. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is ready to head home and relax. It is just how life goes in the industrial belt.
