Mahalaxmi Apparels

We’ve been here in the 4th Lane of Rajarampuri for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when people are out and about. Most of us at Mahalaxmi Apparels live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, though finding parking on this lane can be a real headache some days. We just spend our time dealing with clothes and getting things sorted for the day. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road work happening nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. It's a small place, nothing fancy, just a couple of desks and racks of stock. We usually have tea together around four o’clock, which is the best part of the shift. Most of the people who walk in are regulars from the neighborhood. We know their names and what they usually look for. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit by the door to get some light from the street. It’s a simple routine. We handle the orders as they come in and try to keep things organized. If you’re ever walking down Rajarampuri, you’ll see our sign. It’s not the biggest, but it’s been there for years. We don't do much online stuff, mostly just face-to-face work here in the lane. It’s been a long day today, and we’re just getting ready to close up the shutters and head home to our families for dinner.
