Our office is in Kurundwad, specifically at Bazar Peth. It’s quite a distance from the main Pune hub, being in the Kolhapur district, but that’s where the work takes us. We are part of Magarpatta Township Dev. Cont. Co. Ltd Pune, even though we are out here in the 416106 area. Bazar Peth is always crowded, especially on market days. It’s a very local vibe, with people selling things and narrow streets full of life. Our space is tucked away among the other shops and businesses. We handle the development and contract side of things for the projects in this region. It’s a simple room with a couple of fans and some sturdy tables. We spend a lot of time talking to the local workers and sorting out the logistics for the construction jobs. It’s a bit dusty, and the noise from the market is constant, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity here. We are just a local branch doing our part for the company. People drop in to talk about land or building work quite often. We don't have a receptionist, so someone just looks up from their desk when the door opens. It’s an honest way to work. We like being in Kurundwad because the people are friendly and the food is great. It’s just our daily routine. We usually stay late if there is a project deadline coming up for the team.
