Kolhapur Vegetables Exim Private Limited

We run Kolhapur Vegetables Exim Private Limited from our place in Nisarg Park. It’s an apartment, F5, over in the Deokar Panand area. Being in Kolhapur means we are close to where a lot of the produce comes from, which is why we focus on vegetables. Our work isn't very glamorous. It involves a lot of talking to farmers and checking on the quality of what we’re shipping out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the markets. The office in 738/4 is where we handle all the legal stuff and the shipping documents. It’s often a bit messy with notes and charts everywhere. Exporting vegetables is tricky because they don't stay fresh forever. We have to be quick and make sure everything is timed just right. There are plenty of early mornings and late nights. It’s a lot of pressure, honestly. We aren't a big company with a fleet of trucks. We mostly coordinate things and make sure the logistics work out for everyone involved. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or the transport gets stuck, and we just have to figure it out. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have a big corporate mission. We just want to make sure the vegetables get where they are going before they spoil. It’s a simple goal but it keeps us very busy. It’s just how things are done at our little setup in Maharashtra.
