Kedar Construction

Kedar Construction is based right here in Kolhapur. We are tucked away in 'E' Ward 42, over in Navadurga Colony in the Vikramnagar area. It’s a busy part of town, 416005, and there is always some kind of noise or movement outside. Our office isn't anything big or flashy, just a place where we manage the construction projects. We have been in this spot for some time now. Dealing with materials, laborers, and site plans takes up most of our hours. Usually, the desk is covered in blueprints and some old coffee cups. Navadurga Colony is a nice place for a business like ours because it feels like a community. You can see the work happening all around this part of Kolhapur. We focus on the building side of things and making sure the sites are running. It gets pretty hot here during the summer months, so we keep the windows shut to try and stay cool. The staff here are mostly local people who know the Vikramnagar streets well. We don't spend much on advertising or fancy things. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past 9/1 in Navadurga Colony. It's just a practical setup for a construction outfit. We do what we need to do and go home. That's how it's been since we started up in this ward. Sometimes we have meetings with clients right there on the site, but most of the desk work happens in the office. We keep it simple.
