We've been here at E-25 in the Shiroli M.I.D.C. area of Kolhapur for a good while now. It's a busy spot, mostly industrial stuff going on all around us. My name’s one of the folks here at Karveer Switchgears. We handle electrical gear, mostly switches and the internal parts that keep power moving through factories and workshops. Most days involve looking at technical drawings or checking parts that come off the line. It isn't fancy work, but it’s what we know. The office is tucked away in the M.I.D.C. block, and you’ll usually find someone here from early morning till late evening. We started small and just kept at it, year after year. Sometimes the machines act up or the heat in Kolhapur gets a bit much, but we get through the orders. People around here know where to find us if they need specific switchgear components. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. It's more about the metal, the wiring, and making sure the specs are right before anything leaves the building. If you're driving through Shiroli, you'll see the E-25 gate. We’ve got a small team, some have been here since the start. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the inventory is sorted and the deliveries go out to the local sites when they're supposed to. That's pretty much the whole story of how we run things in this corner of Kolhapur.
