Our place is out in the Five Star M.I.D.C. area, specifically at Plot No. A-115. Being in an industrial zone means it’s a lot different than a shop on a main street. It’s more about the work happening inside than people just walking in. We handle diagnostic stuff, which involves a lot of technical details and keeping things organized. The area is pretty vast, and there are a lot of other factories and offices around us. It’s a practical location for what we do because it gives us the room we need. We aren't trying to look like a fancy corporate office. Inside, it’s mostly lab equipment, boxes, and people focusing on their tasks. The commute out here can be a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where the work gets done. We started this because we knew there was a need for diagnostic supplies, and we’ve just kept going since then. It’s not always exciting, and there’s a lot of routine involved in checking batches and managing orders. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write shiny descriptions of what we do. We just make sure the products are ready and the orders are shipped out correctly. It’s a quiet kind of business compared to the city center, but it’s steady. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else.
