We’ve been here at Sweta Appt in T Park for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Kolhapur, flat number 11 specifically. Jrm Consulting Services Llp is basically just us doing our thing every day. Some mornings are slow, others are a total rush. We have some desks and computers set up. It’s not a huge office, just a regular place where we get the work done. People come in, we talk about what needs doing, and then we just get to it. Sometimes the rain gets really loud on the windows during the monsoon. We usually have tea around four. It's a nice routine. We deal with various consulting bits, mostly just handling the paperwork and talking to clients who need help with their systems. It’s not fancy. The walls are a bit plain, but it works for us. Living and working in Kolhapur is different from the big cities. Things move a bit slower, which is fine. We like being near T Park because it's easy to find. Most people just know the building anyway. We’ve had the same furniture for a few years now. It’s sturdy stuff. We try to keep things organized, though papers do pile up on the desks by Friday. Usually, we spend the last hour of the week just tidying up so Monday isn't a mess. That’s pretty much how we run things here. There's a small fan in the corner that makes a bit of noise, but we've stopped noticing it. No big secrets, just honest work in a small flat.
