Jaysingpur Urban Nidhi Limited

We are set up at house number 1075 in the Shirol area. It’s the home of Gajanan Anandrao Sutar. Jaysingpur Urban Nidhi Limited operates out of here. It is a straightforward place without any of the bells and whistles you might find in a big city bank. We have a few desks and some metal cabinets for the folders. The house is old but solid. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a sterile office. There is usually a bit of a breeze coming through the door, which helps during the warmer months in Shirol. We don't use any complicated software that no one understands. We stick to what works and make sure we keep track of everything manually if we have to. It’s a local operation and we treat it that way. People come by and we talk about the weather or local news before getting down to the actual work. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We don't have any big mission statements or posters telling people how great we are. We just open up in the morning and do our jobs until it is time to close. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but we know where everything is by heart now. It is just a small-town business doing what it can for the people nearby. We don't ask for much more than a quiet day at the desk.
