If you’re looking for It Support Technology, you’ll find us in the basement of Sharada Chambers. We’re at Shop No. 02, right near the Hotel Tourist in the CBS Area. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, but it keeps the place cool during the summer. The shop is small and packed with parts, tools, and wires. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside, but we know where every single screw is kept. The CBS Area is always bustling with people getting off buses and looking for shops, so there’s a lot of foot traffic right outside our door. We can hear the feet hitting the pavement above us throughout the day. We have a small workbench where most of the work happens under a bright desk lamp. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s a workshop. The walls are lined with shelves that are probably holding more weight than they should. Sometimes the smell of solder is a bit strong, so we keep a small fan running by the door. We’ve been in Sharada Chambers for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a humble little spot, but it’s ours. We don’t have much room for a waiting area, so people usually just stand by the counter or come back later. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to spend the day for everyone here.
