Ideal Industries

Ideal Industries is located at W-97 in the M.I.D.C. area on Hmt Road in Shiroli. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not the kind of place you’d come for a casual stroll. There are factories all around us, and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant from morning until night. Our building is a standard industrial shed with high ceilings and heavy doors. Inside, we have our machines set up and people working on different parts of the production. It’s a lot of grease and metal and hard work. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just walk into the main bay and find one of us. We spend a lot of time checking the equipment and making sure everything is running like it should. The Shiroli M.I.D.C. is a big place, and we’ve been part of it for some time. We aren’t interested in looking corporate. We just care about getting the orders done. The floor is stained with oil in some places, and we have tools hanging on the walls. It’s a practical setup for manufacturing. We take our breaks together in a small corner near the back. It’s hot work, especially in the middle of the day when the sun beats down on the metal roof. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily schedule. We handle the paperwork in a small office that stays a bit quieter than the rest of the floor. It is just a normal factory day.
