Our place is in Vyapari Bhavan on Dhanya Line, which is pretty close to the old Nagarpalika building. It’s a traditional kind of spot in Ichalkaranji. We’ve stayed in this area because it’s where all the trade happens. Dealing with supplies and inventory takes up most of our morning. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the trucks moving around, but that’s just how Dhanya Line is. We handle a lot of different things depending on what the local shops need. Some days are packed with deliveries and other days we’re just sitting here checking through ledgers. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. We know most of the neighbors around here by name. If you walk past House No. 1, you’ll probably see us unloading something or talking to a driver. We don’t really do fancy meetings. It’s more about getting the items moved to where they need to go. Sometimes the phones ring too much, and other times it's quiet enough to hear the street noise outside. We keep regular hours. If you’re coming from the main part of town, just head towards the old municipality area and you’ll find us easily. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where the Vyapari Bhavan is. It’s a solid old building and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. We just keep at it every day and stay busy.
