If you head toward the Mahalaxmi Temple near Ghati Darwaza, you will find us at India Silver. We are at number 32 B in the Gujri area. This part of town is always bustling with people coming and going from the temple. Our shop is a small place where we handle silver items and talk to customers who walk in. It is an old area, and the building shows its age, but it has a lot of character. We have been around this spot for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent at the counter or organizing the stock we have. It is not a massive showroom with bright lights and fancy carpets. It is just a regular shop where we do our business. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the summer, but we manage. We know the other shopkeepers nearby and often share a cup of tea when things are slow. Dealing with silver means we have to be careful and pay attention to details. We don't use any high-tech systems here, just the old ways that have worked for us. We usually open up early in the morning and close when the temple crowds start to thin out.
