We are over at Omkar Plaza on Rajaram Road here in Kolhapur. It’s shop number F8, so if you’re looking for us, that’s where we hang out most days. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We started Growmiles Iq Resources Llp because we wanted to do something locally instead of heading off to the bigger cities like some of our friends did. Rajaram Road is always moving, there's a lot of noise outside, but once you get inside the plaza, things quiet down a bit. We spend a lot of time just looking at papers and screens, trying to figure things out for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but that's just how it is around here. We know the neighbors at the other shops pretty well now. It's nice to have a routine. We usually get in early before the heat really kicks in. If it’s raining, the roof makes a lot of noise, but it's home for now. We don't have a big team or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. It's usually just one of us answering the door if someone knocks. We like being in this part of Kolhapur because everything we need is basically right around the corner. It's practical. We just show up and do the work we need to do.
