Gatka Hospital

We’ve been here in Ankali Sangli for a good while now. Gatka Hospital is just the place people come when they aren't feeling right. It isn’t some fancy glass building, but it does the job. Most days start early here because people from around the area like to get their checkups done before the sun gets too high. We see a lot of the same faces from around Sangli, which is nice. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things moving. The doctors and the nursing staff live nearby mostly, so everyone knows the shortcuts around town. It’s a busy spot near the main roads. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure the floors stay tidy because there's always someone walking in. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. We just keep the doors open and help out whoever shows up with a fever or a scraped knee. It's practical work. People know where we are, right here in the heart of the community. If the power goes out, we have the backup ready. It’s just a normal hospital doing what it needs to do every day for the folks living nearby. We like being part of the neighborhood here in Ankali. We keep a pot of tea in the back for the staff because the days can get long. It’s just how we run things around here.
