Our place is located at Flat No-601 in the Punya Pravah building, which is in the Karvir part of Kolhapur. FIVE PETALS ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the folks on the sixth floor. Being up that high is nice because you get a bit of a view and a decent breeze. The office is pretty comfortable. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when we need to sit together and talk through things. It’s a typical apartment-style office, so it feels very relaxed. We don’t have a dress code or anything. People just wear what’s comfortable for a day of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or managing different associate tasks. It’s a lot of logistics and keeping track of people. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when we need a break. It helps us recharge before getting back to the files. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We’re just a local team that knows the area and knows how to get things done. Most of our furniture we picked out ourselves. It’s not a designer showroom, but it’s practical and it works for what we need. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay for a lot longer. There's always a stack of notebooks on the table because we like writing things down by hand. It feels more real that way.
