We are located in the MIDC area of Gokul Shirgaon, right at Plot No P-39/1. It’s a proper industrial zone. You can hear the sounds of other factories all day long. We work on electronic components here, specifically films and related parts. The floor is usually busy with people monitoring the machines. It isn’t the kind of place you’d come for a tour, it’s a working plant. We have some office space, but most of the action is on the production side. Kolhapur weather can be unpredictable, but the work stays steady inside. We focus on getting the specs right for every batch we run. It’s a lot of checking gauges and making sure the materials are loaded correctly. Sometimes we have issues with the power grid, like anyone else in an industrial area, but we manage. The staff mostly lives nearby, so there’s a local feel to the place. We don’t spend money on big signs or marketing. We just fulfill the orders that come in from other companies. The warehouse side of the building is usually stacked with crates ready to go out. It’s a functional space. Nothing is for show. We just keep the machines running and the electronics moving. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves and keep going. That’s just the way it is here at Gokul Shirgaon. Most of our coffee breaks are spent talking about the local news or the next production run.
