Empire Builders & Developers

Our place is located in Ajara, specifically in Sutar Galli. If you know the Kolhapur district, you know it can get quite quiet out here compared to the big cities. The office at Empire Builders & Developers is right in the middle of things in the taluka. We have been working from this spot for a good bit of time. The roads around here are narrow, which makes parking a bit of a hassle for us sometimes. Most of the people working here grew up nearby or in the surrounding villages. We usually start the day with some tea from the shop just down the street. It is a simple setup with a few desks and some old files stacked up in the corner. We do not really bother with fancy decorations or any of that polished corporate stuff. When it rains, the sound on the roof is quite loud, but we actually like it. The pin code is 416505 if you are trying to mail something to us. People stop by all the time just to ask questions or say hello. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to folks from the neighborhood. It is not a corporate environment at all. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful when someone walks through the door. The weather stays decent most of the year, though the summers can get a bit sticky. We just keep the fans going.
