Our office for Elcome Marines is tucked away in Kolhapur at 13/A/1/1 Desai Park. We are right near Magadum Colony in the Pachgaon area, which is a fairly quiet part of town. It might seem a bit strange to have a marine company based here in Maharashtra away from the coast, but we handle all the administrative and technical coordination from this spot just fine. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our technical manuals and all the project files. It feels more like a home office than a big business center, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people at various ports or checking on equipment orders. The pace can vary quite a bit. Some weeks are slow and we spend time organizing the shelves, and other weeks it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don’t need much supervision. We just get on with our tasks. Pachgaon is a nice place to work because it’s not as hectic as the main city center. We can focus on our work without too much noise. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the marine services sorted out for our clients. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just do our jobs every day.
