This office of Eiffel Developers & Realtors Ltd. is located over in Tarabai Park. We are on the ground floor, Flat No 2 in the Parivar Housing Society. Kolhapur is a great city to live in, and this area is particularly nice with all the trees. The building is an older one, so it has that solid feel to it. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and filing cabinets filled with property records for the 416003 area. We’ve been helping people with their homes for a long time. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people at the sites. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to get out to the plots, so we spend those days doing office work. We know most of the residents in the society, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat. It isn’t a high-pressure environment. We just do what we need to do and make sure the paperwork is right. Dealing with land and houses in Maharashtra takes a bit of patience. We’ve got a small pantry in the back where we make coffee. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see us out on the balcony during a break. It's just a regular local business life. We keep a stack of old newspapers in the corner for no real reason.
