Construction Chemicals Centre

It’s a bit unusual being tucked away in Flat No. 3 of Nagesh Residency, but for Construction Chemicals Centre, it actually works out okay. We are located at 2292 D in Shukrawar Peth, which is a busy part of town to say the least. Instead of selling hammers or saws, we deal with the messy stuff like waterproofing liquids and specialized powders that stop walls from crumbling. People come in here often looking frustrated because they have a leak they can't find, and we spend a lot of time talking through the different types of sealants we keep in stock. It’s not a big open store; it’s more of a specialized spot where we keep the inventory organized in a way that makes sense to us. Shukrawar Peth has narrow streets, so getting the supplies delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes with the traffic. We don't have a huge staff, so usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and another one helping a customer figure out the right mixing ratio for a batch of grout. The space is filled with heavy buckets and sacks of chemical compounds. It’s quiet compared to the main road, but we stay busy enough with the local contractors who know we are here. We just focus on knowing our stock and helping people solve their dampness problems without any fuss. The ledger stays on the main desk for all the walk-ins.
