We are located at Shop No.13 in Sharda Vihar. It's on Isolation Road here in Sambhaji Nagar, Kolhapur. If you know the Dhanchand Hockey Stadium, we are quite close to that. The shop isn't very big but it works for us. Most days start early because travelers want to leave before the sun gets too hot. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure the cars are ready. Sometimes the traffic on Isolation Road gets a bit backed up, especially when there is a match at the stadium. It makes it hard to pull the cars out of the parking spot. People come in and ask about going to different places around Kolhapur or sometimes further out. We just write everything down in the big register we keep on the desk. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but it keeps the place cool enough. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a busy area with a lot of people walking by to the stadium or the nearby shops. We keep some chairs out for people to sit while they wait for their ride to show up. It's just a normal travel office, nothing fancy. We just try to get the bookings done and make sure the drivers know where they are going. That’s pretty much how the day goes for us here in Sharda Vihar.
