In Jaysingpur, things move at their own pace. We are located at Shop No.05 in Lane No.06, which is right near Heremath Hospital. It is a handy landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. Careones Consultancy Services Private Limited is basically just a small shop front where we have our office. Because we are near a hospital, there are always people walking by, and the lane is quite active throughout the day. Our shop isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the few chairs we have for visitors. We spend a lot of time helping people with their consultancy needs, mostly just sorting out documents and giving advice. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic from the hospital area, but we are used to it by now. The shop next to us sells snacks, so there is always the smell of something cooking in the afternoon. We do not have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It is just a few of us making sure the work gets done and the records are kept straight. Jaysingpur is a tight-knit place, and being in Lane 6 makes us feel like part of the local scenery. We open up early and stay until the work is finished, usually as the sun is starting to go down over the shops. It’s a simple routine that we have grown to appreciate over the years we have been based here.
