Brownix Biscuits Llp

Our little setup for Brownix Biscuits is on the second floor of the Jasmin Complex. It’s right there on the Bypass Road near the District Panchayat. If you’re driving past, you probably see the building, it's pretty hard to miss. We spend a lot of time in A-201, mostly mixing dough and keeping an eye on the ovens. It gets quite warm in there when we are busy. We didn't want to be in the middle of a crowded city market, so this spot out by the bypass works well for us. There is plenty of room for the trucks to come and go without getting stuck in small lanes. We make a lot of biscuits every day. It’s a messy job sometimes with all the flour and sugar, but we like the routine of it. We are just a group of people who know how to bake. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just wear our aprons, get the work done, and go home. The complex has other offices, but we are the ones making it smell like cookies all afternoon. It’s a simple operation. We track our supplies, bake the goods, and try to keep the floors clean. It's what we do. We don't have any fancy brochures. Just the biscuits and the boxes we put them in. It's enough to keep us busy all week long.
