Bana Food Products Llp is out in the MIDC Gokul Shirgaon area of Kolhapur. We are at Plot No. H-15. This is an industrial zone, so it’s all about factories and trucks moving around all day. It’s not a place for a fancy showroom. We have a large shed where we do all the processing and packing. The air smells like whatever we are making that day. We started this in Karveer taluka because it’s a good spot for logistics. We don’t have a big management team with suits. Most of the time, the owners are on the floor with the workers. We wear boots and simple clothes because the work is messy. We don't believe in using big marketing words. We just make the food products and sell them. If the quality is off, we know it immediately and we fix it. The people in Kolhapur are very direct, so they will tell you if they don't like something. We like that. We don't have a polished About Us page on a website because we are too busy working. We just want to run a decent business and keep our workers happy. It’s hard work, especially when it gets hot in the shed, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. It’s just a local food business doing its thing in the MIDC.
