We are situated at Plaza Joytiba in B Ward. Our shop is on Joytiba Road in the Kalamba area of Kolhapur. This part of town is a bit different from the crowded bus stand area. It feels a little more like a neighborhood here. We are in the plaza, which has a few other local shops around it. Our daily routine involves keeping track of the vehicles and making sure we have enough drivers for the weekend rush. Kalamba is a nice area, and being on Joytiba Road means we get a mix of local residents and people passing through. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a desk and a small seating area for customers. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones coordinating trips. Sometimes we have to wait for the drivers to finish their lunch before we can send them on the next job. We don't use any fancy software, just a simple notebook to keep track of the dates and times. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The plaza gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, so that is when we usually do our cleaning and paperwork. We like being in this part of Kolhapur because it’s a bit more relaxed. We just do our work, talk to the neighbors, and make sure the cars are running okay. It’s a regular local business run by regular people who know the city well.
