It is in the Karvir area of Kolhapur, which is a place that is growing but still keeps its local roots. We chose this spot because it is not right in the middle of the city's chaos. Shantinagar is exactly what the name suggests, a bit more peaceful than the main market areas. Our office is a straightforward setup on this plot. We have our computers, a big table where we talk about our projects, and a small corner for making tea. It is not a place with marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It is a working office where we deal with venture details and local logistics. The walk from the main road isn't too long, and we see the same faces every day in the neighborhood. Pachgaon has a specific rhythm to it, and we have fit into that over time. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We are just a group of people trying to build something here in Karvir. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the internet gets slow, but we just manage it like everyone else does. It is a very normal, local way of doing business without any of the fancy talk you see in big cities. We keep our doors open and just focus on the tasks at hand.
