AshaeePrime LLP is based out of Urban Colony on Ajara Road. We’re in Gadhinglaj, which is part of the Kolhapur district. Our address has a lot of numbers in it—S.NO.129/7/1 and all that—but it’s basically just a spot in a developing part of town. We’ve been here for a while, watching the colony grow around us. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just get to the point. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. Being in Maharashtra-416502 means we deal with all kinds of local people. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The tea stall down the road is where we spend most of our breaks. It’s a practical life. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions. Gadhinglaj is a good place to be, not too fast and not too slow. We’re happy with our corner of the colony. It’s not a shiny glass building, but it’s ours and it works for what we need to do. The ceiling fan makes a little clicking noise, but we hardly notice it anymore while we are busy.
