Our place, Apple Hospitals & Research Institute Limited, is down at 525/E Vyapari Peth in Shahupuri. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’re right in the thick of it. We’ve been around for quite a while, and the building shows a bit of its age, but it’s a good, reliable space. Being both a hospital and a research center means we have a lot going on. You’ll see doctors and researchers walking the same halls as regular patients. It’s a bit of a mix, but it works for us. We get a lot of people from the Vyapari Peth neighborhood. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone, so we often see familiar faces. The rooms are kept clean, and we make sure the equipment is always ready to go. We don't have any of those expensive art pieces or fancy coffee machines in the lobby. It’s a hospital, after all. We focus on getting the medicine right and making sure everyone is cared for. The staff is hardworking and stays late more often than not. We’ve got a routine that’s been built over years of being in Shahupuri. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones act up, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s an honest way to run a business. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local hospital trying to do right by the community. It's a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time.
