Ambica Hospital

Ambica Hospital is right on Mahadwar Road. If you know the area, you know how busy Mahadwar Road can get with all the shops and people walking around. We are right in the thick of it. The hospital has been standing here for a good long time, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We don’t have much space for a big garden or a fancy entrance, so you just walk straight in from the street. The noise from the traffic never really stops, but after a while, you just stop noticing the horns and the engines. Inside, the rooms are a bit small, but we keep them as clean as we can. We have a lot of people coming in for all sorts of reasons. Some just want a quick check-up, while others have been coming to us for years for their regular medicine. The staff is always on their feet, moving between the wards and the front desk. We use a lot of fans because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons when the sun is on the roof. There’s no big fancy sign, just the name above the door that everyone recognizes. We don't spend money on big ads because everyone on Mahadwar Road knows where we are anyway. It’s a humble place, and we do our best with what we have. Most of our patients are our neighbors, and we see them at the market too. It’s a very local way of doing things, and that suits us just fine. We've stayed on Mahadwar Road because this is where the people are.
