Afeco Alucaster Private Limited is situated at Plot No A-232/2 in the 5 Star Midc Kagel Hatkangle area. It’s a big name for a place that’s basically just a big shed where we melt aluminum. The heat from the pots is something you never really get used to, but it’s part of the life. We’ve been operating in this part of Kagel for a few years and the crew is mostly people from the surrounding villages. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our boots are usually gray from the dust and there’s always a bit of smoke in the air. We do the casting work that other places might find too messy. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the old trolley. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the metal, melt it down, and pour it into the shapes that are needed. The office is just a desk with a lot of papers and a phone that rings more than it should. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a schedule of what needs to be shipped out by Friday. It’s a tough environment, but we’re used to it. We just show up, do the pouring, and make sure the count is right before the gates close for the evening.
