Sadhana Tour World

Our office is on the first floor of the Vazhakkalayil Residency Building, which is right near the court complex on Munnar Road. It’s a busy spot because of all the lawyers and people going to court, so there’s always a lot of parking trouble downstairs. We are in Unit A2. When you come up the stairs, you’ll usually hear a couple of phones ringing at once. Sadhana Tour World is basically just a few of us surrounded by maps, brochures, and a lot of notebooks. We spend the day talking to drivers and checking if the roads up to the hills are clear. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go to the mountains at the same time. The office is a bit small and we have files stacked in places they probably shouldn't be, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy website with automated bookings. Usually, we just talk to people, figure out what they need, and write it all down in our big diary. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open the windows, which lets in all the noise from the main road. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know most of the other shop owners. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping the weather stays good for the travelers.
