Zaucha Construction Private Limited

Zaucha Construction is our company, and we’re set up in Kolasib. Specifically, we are at Parkkawn, near the Cosmopolitan School in Venglai. Our office is care of Zachhingi. Being in Mizoram, the terrain is pretty steep, so we do a lot of work on hillsides. It’s a local business through and through. We know most of the people who live around the school. Kolasib is a nice place, though the weather can be a bit unpredictable. We focus on getting houses and walls built for people around here. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. We keep our tools and some of our materials at the Parkkawn site. It’s a practical setup. We spend our mornings checking on the progress of current jobs and our afternoons dealing with the logistics of getting supplies up the hills. It’s not easy work, and it’s definitely not a desk job. We deal with the mud, the rocks, and the sun every day. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time getting through, but we make it work. The office is just a place for us to meet up and talk about what needs to get done next. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we like being part of the community here in Venglai. The school nearby is always noisy in the mornings, but we like the energy. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number.
