Noah Coffee Roaster Private Limited

Noah Coffee Roaster Private Limited is a small operation we have going in Kolasib. We are located at Lalruatfela’s place in the Diakkawn area. It’s a pretty quiet spot, which is actually quite good for roasting coffee. We spend most of our time with the beans, getting the roaster heated up and making sure the smell of coffee fills the air. It’s not a giant factory, just a dedicated space where we do our work. We started this because we liked coffee and wanted to do something local. In Diakkawn, everyone knows each other, so we don't really need big signs or fancy marketing. We just focus on the roasting process. It takes a lot of patience to get it right, and we’ve had our fair share of mistakes along the way. That is how you learn. We handle everything from the raw beans to the final bags ourselves. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy sacks and watching the temperatures carefully. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. Our desk is usually covered in coffee samples and notebooks where we track our batches. It’s a simple, honest way to work. If you are ever in Kolasib, you can probably follow the scent of roasting coffee to find where we are. It is just a few of us here making sure the bags are sealed tight.
