Sendan Chit Fund Private Limited

Our office is over on Amaraja Jothi School Road in Mulbagal. We’re very close to the Sathyanarayana Swamy Temple, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. It’s a quiet street most of the time, except when the school lets out or there’s a festival at the temple. We’ve been doing this for a while here in the Kolar district. Sendan Chit Fund is basically just a local office where people come together to save. We have some wooden desks and old-fashioned files. It feels like home to us because we’ve been in this spot so long. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the families who live on this road. People come in to talk about their chit groups and we sit down and go through the numbers. We don't use any big words or confusing terms. We just explain how the monthly bidding works. It’s a simple system that has worked for people here for generations. Sometimes we have a coffee while we wait for the next person to come in. The building is just a regular one, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do all our business. We stay open pretty late sometimes to make sure everyone is caught up. It’s just how we run things in Mulbagal. We don't need fancy stuff to do our job. A good pen and a clear ledger are usually enough for us to get through the day and help our members.
