Our Kolar office is right on M B Road, literally just beside St. Annes High School. It’s a very recognizable spot because of the school. During the day, we hear the kids during their breaks and the school bell ringing, which sort of marks the time for us. N D Developers Pvt Ltd uses this space to keep an eye on everything we’re doing in the Kolar area. It’s a bit different from a big city office. Things move a little slower here, but we still stay busy. We have a lot of local people coming in to ask about plots or construction work. The office is simple—just some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of ledgers. We don't have a fancy marketing department or anything. It’s just us. The dust from M B Road settles on everything if we leave the windows open, so we’re always cleaning up a bit. It’s a practical location for us because the highway is right there, making it easy to head out to different sites. We’ve been here long enough that most people in the neighborhood know who we are. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a basic, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the structures built properly.
