We’ve been at 736 Gayathri Nilayam for quite a while now. Being on Eshwara Temple Street in Oorgaumpet keeps us busy because it’s a spot everyone in KGF knows. The building has been here for years and people often use it as a landmark when giving directions. We spend our days dealing with minerals and the paperwork that goes with them. It isn’t glamorous work. It’s mostly about making sure everything gets to the right place. Sometimes the street gets messy when it rains, but that’s just something we have gotten used to over the years. Our office is small with just a few desks and some old cabinets for files. We don’t have fancy stuff or modern decor. It’s just a place to get things done. Usually, it’s just a few of us making calls and checking the logs. If you come by, just look for the temple and you’ll find us. It’s a quiet area most of the time until a festival happens. We like it here because it feels familiar. Most of our people live close by in the neighborhood. We know the best places to get tea and which roads to avoid during busy times. We don’t bother with big meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on the daily tasks. Life in KGF is steady and we just keep moving with it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area but we stay put at Gayathri Nilayam.
