We are located out in Kolar, Karnataka. Our specific spot is easy enough to find if you are in the 563123 area. Being a bit away from the main city of Bangalore has its pros and cons. It is a bit quieter out here, though the industrial side of things keeps us pretty busy. We have a good group of people who show up every day to keep the gears turning. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We deal with a lot of technical stuff throughout the day, so there is usually a lot of focus on the floor. It can get pretty dusty during the dry season, so we are always wiping down the equipment. Most of us have been working here for a while and we know how things are supposed to run. We don't really go for all the corporate talk you hear nowadays. We just focus on the production and making sure we meet our daily targets. Lunch breaks are usually spent together talking about local news or what's happening in the village nearby. It's a decent place to work if you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty. We just stay steady and keep the quality where it needs to be without making a big fuss about it. The day goes by fast when there is plenty to do. That is all. Most staff come on their bikes.
