Dhanya Concrete Products

Down in Kendatti Village, things move a bit slower than in the city, which is fine by me. At Dhanya Concrete Products, we spend our time working with heavy mixers and molds. Our place at number 207 is right in the Gollahalli area. It’s mostly just open space filled with concrete blocks and pipes drying in the sun. The work is physically demanding, and my back usually hurts by the time I head home in the evening, but it feels good to see the finished products stacked up neatly. We use a lot of water and sand, so the ground around the mixers is always a bit damp or muddy depending on the season. It isn't exactly a quiet job; the sound of the machinery is something you just get used to after a week or two. We don't have any fancy office staff, just us out here getting our hands dirty with the wet cement. The village is quiet otherwise, except for when the trucks come to load up the blocks. Sometimes we sit under the shade of a tree during lunch just to get out of the heat for a bit. It’s honest work, making things that actually last and go into the ground or walls of buildings around here. We just keep making the concrete products as long as people need them for their projects. It’s a simple life out here in Gollahalli, and the work keeps us busy enough to not worry about much else.
