You can find us out in Chowdadenahalli, along the road that goes from Malur to Hosur, near Lakkur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town center, which actually makes it quite peaceful for a school. We have a good amount of space here, and you can see the fields nearby. The building is large enough to hold all our classes comfortably, and we’ve got a big area out front where the buses park every morning. It gets quite dusty on the road sometimes, but we try to keep the inside as clean as possible. The teachers here come from various places, some even commuting quite a distance to get to Lakkur. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We start the day early before the sun gets too high and hot. The classrooms have high ceilings which helps with the air, and we have enough desks for everyone to sit. It’s not a flashy place with high-tech gadgets everywhere; it’s just a regular school where we follow the curriculum and make sure the students are doing their homework. In the afternoons, when the buses leave, the whole place goes quiet very quickly. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day, working with the kids and staying on top of the schoolwork. We just keep our heads down and do the job that needs to be done for the local community.
