Bharti Airtel Limited

This specific office for Bharti Airtel Limited is on the 1st Floor of the West Wing in Block A at Maruti Infotech Centre. We are located right on the Kormangla-Domlur Inner Ring Road. It’s a massive building and it gets extremely busy during the morning rush. Since we are part of a large telecommunications company, there are always people moving around and phones ringing. This particular floor handles a lot of the backend and support work. We have rows of desks and a lot of paperwork related to mobile services and customer accounts. Even though the company is huge, this office feels like its own little world. We have a small break area where the tea is okay but not great. The view from the windows is mostly just the heavy traffic on the Inner Ring Road. It can be a bit loud because of the cars, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of time in meetings or updating systems. It’s a lot of routine work to make sure people stay connected. We aren't the ones you see on TV; we are just the staff in the Maruti Infotech Centre making sure things don't break. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a job like any other, really. We just show up, do the hours, and try to keep everything moving smoothly without any major glitches happening on our watch. That is basically the whole story of this office.
