Golden Cocoon Valley LLP

We are located out here in Kokrajhar, specifically around the Balajan Tinali area. If you know the road heading towards Haltu Gaon or Simbargaon, you probably passed us at Dadhiram Basumatary’s place. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. We mostly deal with the silk side of things, hence the name Golden Cocoon Valley. Most days are just spent sorting things out and keeping track of the work coming in from the local area. The weather around here gets pretty humid in the summers, and the rain makes the Simbargaon road a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just running a small LLP in a corner of Assam that most people don't visit unless they live here. You’ll find us easily if you just ask for the house near the main junction. It’s quiet mostly, except when the trucks go by or when it's market day. We’ve been here for a bit now, just trying to keep the business going without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a while. It’s just how things are in this part of the valley. We handle the cocoons and the paperwork right here in the village setting. It feels right being close to where the stuff actually comes from rather than sitting in a big city office somewhere far away. We just try to get the work done each day.
