Living and working here in Sanochaya Society is pretty quiet for the most part. I go by Smt. Zelechaya, and my days are mostly filled with the small tasks that keep everything running. It’s not like those big companies you see in the city center. This is more about the daily routine and keeping things steady right here at home. Sometimes neighbors drop by to ask for something or just to chat for a few minutes while I’m busy. I spend a lot of my time at the wooden desk near the window where the light is better. The society is nice because everyone kind of knows each other, and you hear the kids playing outside in the afternoons. I try to keep my workspace organized, but the papers always seem to find a way to scatter themselves. There isn't a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s just me doing what I do. When the weather gets rainy, the sound on the roof is so loud I can’t even hear my own thoughts, but I still get my work done. I've lived here a long time, so the walls and the floor feel like old friends. It’s a simple way to spend the day, and I like that I don’t have to commute far to get things done. People know where to find me if they need something, and that’s plenty for me.
