Plohe Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, Plohe Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located in Lazami Village, which sits in the Ghatashi Block. Specifically, we work out of the Iyinu Khel area. If you’re trying to find us, you’d head to Puluto Asapu’s place. It’s just where we’ve set up our base for now. Lazami is a place where almost everyone is tied to the land somehow. We started this company because it was getting harder to handle everything as individuals. Now, we try to coordinate what we’re doing on the farms. It isn't always easy because the terrain around here can be quite steep and the weather doesn't always go our way. We don't have some big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the farming stays viable for the people living in Iyinu. Most days involve waking up early, getting to the fields, and then maybe meeting up later to discuss whatever needs doing. We handle the paperwork when we have to, though most of us would rather be outside. It’s a practical arrangement for us. We've got the 797109 pincode and we're pretty much always around if someone needs to talk about the crops. The village life is slow but the work is constant. We just keep our heads down and focus on the dirt and the plants. That’s how we’ve always done it.
