Alder Tours And Travels is located right across from the Second World War Cemetery. It’s in the Hotel Blue Bayou Building in Midland, right on NH 29. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because the cemetery is such a well-known landmark around here. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. Dealing with travel and tours keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Midland is a busy area and being on the highway means there is always something going on outside our windows. We see a lot of people passing through on their way to different places. It's a simple office, nothing too over the top. We just have our desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about their plans. The NH 29 road gets a lot of traffic so it can be noisy, but you get used to it after a few months. Being opposite the Second World War Cemetery gives the place a bit of a quiet feel despite the cars. We are just local people trying to help out other locals and travelers who stop by. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones ring too much, but that’s just how it goes in a travel office in Midland. We like being in this part of town. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We're just here doing our daily work at Alder Tours opposite the Second World War.
