Our workshop is located at 4/2/180 on Narasimhapuram Road here in Koduru. We have been working from this same spot for a long time. It’s a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We do a lot of industrial work and basic manufacturing stuff. The building is made of brick and has a heavy metal door that’s hard to open in the rain. Inside, it’s mostly just open space for our materials and the workbench. We have a few old machines that we keep running with a bit of grease and patience. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Most of our customers are locals who know where to find us on the road. We don't do any fancy marketing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished by evening. The floor is usually covered in scrap bits and dust, but we sweep up before heading home. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders as they come in. Koduru is our home and we like being part of the community here on Narasimhapuram Road. It’s just a simple, hardworking place. We have a small corner where we keep our tools locked up at night.
