Most of our work happens out in the field around the Koderma district. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the local terrain pretty well. Construction in Jainagar means you have to be ready for anything, especially with the way the ground is here. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually talk to one of us directly. We spend our time managing labor, ordering sand and bricks, and making sure the walls are going up straight. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The office gets a lot of visitors from the village who are looking for work or just want to see how things are going. We don’t have a website or any fancy marketing. We just rely on the fact that we are here and we are doing the work every day. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it works for us and the community.
