Quantobello Construction Private Limited is situated behind the Samanto Kali Mandir on Block Road in Jhumri Telaiya. We are in Ward No-11, near Sunita Choudhary’s place. It’s a local spot and we’ve been working out of this area for quite some time now. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It’s just us and our team handling construction jobs around Koderma. The office is a quiet place where we do our planning, though it usually has a fair bit of dust from the sites. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing. Most of our day is spent coordinating with suppliers and checking on the progress of our projects. Construction is a lot of work and there are always things that don’t go according to plan, like a late shipment of bricks or a sudden rainstorm. We just deal with those issues and keep things moving as best we can. We don’t make any big claims about being the best in the business. We just take the projects that come to us and try to do a decent job. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the building sites. We know the streets and the people around here, which makes the work feel a bit more personal. It’s just regular construction work, and we try to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone involved. It keeps the bills paid and keeps us out of trouble.
