Micro Pharma

Micro Pharma is situated in Koderma. Our location is actually very close to the Koderma Junction Railway Station, so we are always hearing the sounds of the trains and the announcements from the platforms. It’s a busy part of town because of all the travelers passing through. We have been working from this spot for a long time now. The building is a simple one, nothing too modern, but it does the job for us. Most of our day is taken up with inventory management. We have hundreds of different items that all need to be tracked and stored properly. It can be a bit overwhelming sometimes when a big shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local operation in Koderma. The heat in the summer can be tough, especially with all the activity around the station, but we just keep the doors open for whatever breeze we can get. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures. People know where we are because they see us every day. It’s a straightforward business and we take a bit of pride in keeping things organized. We spend our evenings closing up and making sure the books are right for the next morning. It’s just honest daily work.
